Service Description

Core Aeration: Prepares the soil for winter dormancy, reducing compaction and improving nutrient absorption. Overseeding: Repairs summer damage and thickens the lawn for improved resilience. Fall Fertilization: Provides essential nutrients for root development and prepares the lawn for winter.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Property Damage Policy: 1. Cancellation: - All service cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may result in a cancellation fee, equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. - Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full service cost. - In the event of a cancellation, any payment made for the service is non-refundable. 2. Property Damage: - While UltraLawn Canada takes utmost care during the provision of services, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer property. - Customers are responsible for ensuring that their property, including but not limited to lawn ornaments, furniture, and structures, is adequately secured and protected before, during, and after the provision of services. - Any damage caused to customer property as a direct result of UltraLawn Canada's services must be reported to us within 24 hours of occurrence for assessment. - UltraLawn Canada reserves the right to determine the cause of the damage and, if deemed responsible, may offer compensation or repair at our discretion. - Damage caused by factors beyond UltraLawn Canada's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or pre-existing property conditions, are exempt from compensation. 3. Service Provision: - Customers are required to provide access to their lawn within three weeks of payment for the scheduled service to be conducted. - Failure to provide access within this timeframe may result in rescheduling at the discretion of UltraLawn Canada, and any payment made remains non-refundable. By engaging UltraLawn Canada's services, customers agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy regarding cancellations, property damage, and service provision. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
